This PR refreshes the prototype evidence for agentic-coding-agent.\n\nWhat changed:\n- Updated the README scorecard to reflect fresh build, test, and cockpit smoke evidence.\n- Installed the missing cockpit dependencies needed for the Vite launch path.\n\nWhy:\n- The repository now has a verified local build, test, and HTTP smoke path, so the scorecard should match the evidence.\n\nValidation:\n- npm run build\n- npm test\n- npm run cockpit (HTTP 200 at http://localhost:5173/)\n
