Follow-up to #495, addressing review feedback.
Http404fromroute()with a plain one, soCustom404.fallback_pagesnever reached the handler. The handler now looks them up itself, and the Markdown 404 lists them too./test404/uses the real 404 handler (DEBUG only)./fr/test404/tutorial/shows fallback pages.Added tests for fallback pages in HTML and Markdown.
