"Cochair" is not a word 😉. "Co-Chair" is a word. Or you could keep it as just "Chair". The "co-" is implied by there being two of them.
Since the end of the year is staring us in the face, why not wait and just replace me with Joel?

I checked several major dictionaries before raising this PR.
Merriam-Webster lists "cochair" as the primary entry, and uses the unhyphenated form consistently.
Cambridge Dictionary primarily uses "co-chair" but also accepts "cochair" in examples.
Dictionary.com, Collins English Dictionary, and Wiktionary support both.
per https://www.w3.org/guide/manual-of-style/#Spelling W3C uses Merriam-Webster's Collegiate® Dictionary.
