Dependabot was opening dependency PRs without the gitmoji prefix we use to keep GitHub lists scannable. This adds the
⬆️ buildprefix while preserving Dependabot's dependency scope in PR titles and commit subjects.This also keeps the Ember SDK browser install aligned with the package that actually launches Playwright, which was the version mismatch discovered while validating the current dependency PR. Vizzly token requirements remain strict in CI.
