Compares field, array element and map value optionality in the macro, replaces the runtime carrier comparison with an opt-in row check, and reports the measured results per predicate owner.
Adds everything the JOSS submission needs: the paper, contributing guide, code of conduct, citation metadata, pull request CI, and a source build that needs no token. Release v0.2.0 after merge.
