Release the terminal lifecycle fixes from #99 as Ghosttea 0.13.8 across npm, Rust and SwiftPM.

  • Conditional release is decided atomically against lifetime input, attachments and process state. Its seal is separate from termination, so retained final output stays attachable until release.
  • Session creation IDs correlate inventory births with host requests; React disposal acknowledges completed view teardown.
  • The version bump preserves the existing registry dependency resolution and regenerates the iOS component inventory, BOM and bundled resources.
  • The Apple artifact workflow builds, verifies and pins the matching native binary before this PR opens.

Validation: workspace naming, locked Cargo metadata, iOS BOM/resource checks, SDK build, client typecheck/tests, and terminal/Truffle tests pass locally. Desktop and iOS PR gates must pass before merge.

Publish conditional terminal release, correlated creation and runtime disposal acknowledgment. Regenerate the iOS component inventory, BOM and resources while preserving the existing registry dependency resolution. Workspace names, locked Cargo metadata and iOS metadata checks pass; the release branch workflow will build and pin the matching Apple native artifact.

16 checks passed

Launching or ending an agent could briefly create a second bubble, leave an unattached empty session behind, or race terminal cleanup with a new view. Godview now keeps pane identity stable across the handoff and uses a durable release queue: the terminal owner atomically checks attachments and lifetime input before releasing an unused shell or exited session. Ordinary termination still allows reading retained final output.

Stop ends the agent. Pause sends one provider-declared current-turn cancellation and keeps the session open. Manual `/exit` and Stop follow the same lifecycle facts. The swarm canvas and physics world remain full size while the terminal boundary eases into place.

Dependency order:

- Ghosttea [#99](vibecook-dev/ghosttea#99) → release [#100](vibecook-dev/ghosttea#100), **0.13.8** on npm, crates.io and Swift.
- Puppeteer [#55](vibefield/puppeteer#55) → Release Please [#56](vibefield/puppeteer#56), **0.3.3** on npm.
- This consumer pins those published releases with source overlays disabled. The npm lock changes only 26 Ghosttea/Puppeteer packages; Cargo changes only the six Ghosttea crates.

The phone fold, body and toolkit goldens and their four Swift mirrors were regenerated. Only their dependency-version headers changed; all behavioral values are identical. The generated terminal key catalog also moves only its source-version metadata to 0.13.8.
The push hook also clears Git’s inherited repository context before verification so sibling checks read their own repositories from a worktree. DESIGN, DECISIONS, ROADMAP and LANDED record the current Stop/Pause ruling and release adoption.

The physical desktop checks exposed stale assumptions in the smoke harness. It now probes exposed swarm ground, checks the full-size canvas separately from the moving collision-wall target, waits for the model-launch stub's actual process record, and compares consistent clock-face interiors. These changes are confined to the harness; the image contrast requirement and product behavior are unchanged.

Validation:

- Both upstream PR/release trains and published-package checks passed, including Ghosttea consumers on macOS, Windows and Linux and Puppeteer's clean npm consumer.
- Frozen production install, Swift package/artifact resolution, native build and all 202 fixture mirrors / 67 contract values passed.
- `pnpm verify` passed with overlays off: 12,163 Vitest tests, 364 Node tests and 534 Rust tests; typechecks, lint, architecture/dependency checks, bundles and generated-file freshness all passed.
- One gateway shutdown assertion failed once (exit 0 instead of 75), then passed unchanged in isolation and the final full suite; no assertion or gateway behavior was changed.
- All **14 desktop landing gates passed**, including full Godview, both terminal paths, first-run/catalog, plugin-fault handling, and the complete canvas smoke. Minimize/restore kept the canvas full size and caused zero terminal-body resizes; the wall target moved independently. Each smoke completed its daemon cleanup.
- The first canvas run took 31,957 ms to settle with four extra input wakes. The complete recheck passed at 22,031 ms with no extra input wakes against the unchanged 23,500 ms limit. One Godview recheck also hit an earlier shell-directory timeout; that path passed in the subsequent full run.
- All six GitHub checks passed on final head `3a6e9c9aea26be912a6fead86240fdf61abafb6a`, including the [full verification run](https://github.com/vibefield/vibefield/actions/runs/41557609978).
