Scope accounting includes every app-shell argument and implicit slot, so the fixed 16-entry buffer rejected one ordinary nested shared-control recipe. Double the bounded interpreter and contract capacity together and cover an argument-rich shell composing marker and control layers.

Nested recipes were rejected at a depth that shows up in real component composition. Relax the scope so practical nesting compiles.
