Wiki Google Sheets Sync

A project to sync data from Google Sheets to a MediaWiki.

Prerequisites

• Docker (for containerized deployment)
• Python 3.10+ (for local execution)

Installation

1. Clone this repository.
2. Copy .env.example to .env and update with your credentials.
3. Update config.yaml with your sheet to page mappings.

Google Sheets Setup

1. Create a project in the Google Cloud Console.
2. Enable the Google Sheets API.
3. Create a service account and download the JSON credentials file.
4. Share your Google Sheet with the service account email (found in the JSON file).
5. Update the .env file with the path to your credentials file.

Configuration

1. Update .env with your Google Sheets and Wiki credentials.
2. Define the mappings between sheets and pages in config.yaml. Example:
