packages/ub-project/README.rst:9 and design/reading-contract.md:9 list the readers of ubproject.toml — sphinx-needs, sphinx-mounts, sphinx-codelinks, sphinx-test-reports and ubCode. Since #2009 the [test_reports] model is read by ub-test-reports (ub_test_reports.projectconfig), and sphinx-test-reports reads it through that package; propagate_floors.py ub-project --check already lists four dependants with ub-test-reports among them. One line in each file at ub-project's next release (no release of its own for this).
