Optimized import-web-markdown-with-gather skill from 86% to 95%: - Fixed description frontmatter from chevron (>-) to quoted string format - Added user-invocable: true and triggers array for frontmatter compliance - Removed redundant Rationale section (agent can infer flag purposes) - Condensed Output Contract from bulleted list to concise one-liner - Removed duplicate Examples section (commands already in Required Workflow)
