feat(tutor): inline teacher focus for all examples - #7

Every example now carries schema v2 focus areas with questions derived from its learning questions. All code terms in the questions occur in the sketch, so no question names a type or construct the sketch lacks. Compatible UnoSim commit moves to the inline-focus release. All 35 examples now carry schema v2
focusareas (2–3 per example) with questions based on their own Lernfragen,exclusive: true, so only the teacher-authored focus is asked. Code terms in questions are backticked and verified against the sketch by the new UnoSim validator. Function/parameter examples are limited to 1–2 focus areas.Requires UnoSim 5ce3564 (inline focus);
