The embedded workflow execution integration cases reopen fsync-backed stores on every cadence fire; the Windows runner intermittently exceeded the 15s default. Set a 60s file-level testTimeout via vi.setConfig.

Summary
Integrates the six Dependabot updates that pass CI as one branch, one commit per update, to avoid serial lockfile rebases. Supersedes #111, #112, #113, #114, #115, #116.
tsx@types/node@earendil-works/pi-coding-agent@earendil-works/pi-tui@biomejs/biometypeboxCaret-ranged packages change only the lockfile, matching Dependabot. The Pi SDK and TUI move together because they are version-aligned.
Also gives
never persists more fires than the selected controller capa 60s timeout. It does real store I/O (about 5s alone) and intermittently exceeded the 15s default when the full suite ran in parallel, independent of these updates.Not included
vitestand@vitest/coverage-v85.0.0 (#106, #108). They fail individually only because they must move together, but vitest 5 also redesigns benchmarking: thebenchexport and the--outputJson/--compareflags are removed, which breaksbenchmarks/core.bench.ts,bench:baseline,bench:compare, and the typecheck. The test suite itself passes on 5.0.1 with coverage above thresholds. That migration should be its own PR.Test plan
