I lead the infrastructure serving CloudLinux and TuxCare as Director of Infrastructure at CloudLinux, reporting to the CEO. My work spans architecture, engineering, capacity, cost and service operations.
At MTS Web Services (#CloudMTS), I was the first employee of the cloud development department and became Head of Cloud Platform. I grew a hobby prototype into Cloud Hub and Cloud Billing, built the engineering organization and the processes from sales and onboarding through provisioning and support, and launched 14 cloud services. The business reached €40M+ ARR in 30 months. I authored Open Cloud Standard v1 and v2 so third-party services could operate as first-class, multi-tenant parts of the platform.
At JetBrains, I was Lead Product (IntelliJ Platform) and set product direction for cloud, AI and DevOps, including developer environments (WSL, Docker, Dev Containers) and the terminal.
