Objective
Platform #501 / SDK #293 independent-review acceptance cannot rely on the current planning source compiler: it overrides the actual TreeDX repository binding with guessed treeseed-, hardcodes refs/heads/main, and assembles root globs separately. Live SDK binding is repo_a3c347e2abcd09af, root '.', selected refs/remotes/origin/staging. This is runtime evidence only, not portable configuration.
Contract
Use the project library repository, content root and selected ref. Resolve the selected moving ref once per content compilation and require subsequent collections to use the same immutable commit. Preserve content commit/path provenance in planning demand. Reject inconsistent/missing immutable read-back, unsafe roots and missing bindings; no guessed repository or branch replacement. Maintain existing portable-content validation.
Acceptance
Unit tests cover staging/main/exact-ref selection, root/subdirectory globs, repository binding, immutable multi-collection snapshot, missing refs and changed refs. Required Actions, PR to current staging, live current proposal discovery then agent review. Do not create a workday against a known incorrect source to generate misleading evidence.
Dependencies / rollback
API #341 scoped feedback resolution, TreeDX18 byte-safe publication. No schema migration; revert implementation through managed API release if necessary. Preserve all content/IDs.
