User authorizes bounded planning repair as part of Platform #501. A 120-second workday preflight allocates24s planning but reserves27000s from profile maxima. Treat execution timeboxes as upper bounds, allocate deterministic per-participant productive budgets within the configured planning allocation; never enlarge the requested workday or remove participants/dependencies implicitly.
Interfaces and acceptance
Preflight and scheduling must use the same bounded budgets; initial persisted participants/waves and actual demand reservations must agree. Preserve explicit profile/session caps, graph stages and authorization. Reject allocations unable to give every participant a positive integer-second budget with actionable minimum diagnostics. Replays deterministic. Dynamic participant requests must respect remaining allocation, not re-expand existing reservations. Add regression and budget-boundary tests; real work→review remains required by parent.
Delivery / rollback
Issue→PR→Actions→staging→released API→managed acceptance. Roll back code with compatible data; no schema migration or direct DB edits. Logs in Actions, no routine comments.
