Open connection management directly in the guided editor

Objective

Remove the intermediate account-access-saved choice screen for managers. Open existing connections in the details step of the guided editor, with direct task and account step navigation supplied by UI #40.

Contract

Preserve read-only roles, exact revision/CSRF/idempotency, and credential save flow. Incomplete account connections still open account setup; explicit tasks links remain supported. Explain task effects without exposing implementation jargon.

Acceptance

• Manager default opens details; read-only permissions unchanged.
• Missing account access still opens account step.
• Unit/contracts and Actions pass; consume published UI before release.
