Summary

Overnight after v0.14.0, traverse#1579 closed and swift-host-v0.14.0-1 published. packages/swift/TraverseEmbedder/Package.swift pins that xcframework; ExactModelHost executes signed Spec 138 models (digits conformance byte-identical). Website still claimed Swift cannot execute — this PR corrects those surfaces.

Evidence

Changes

  • Blog: v0.14.0 embedder post — update callout + host matrix + Sept 30 note
  • Q&A: what-is-exact-ref-model-execution, how-do-hosts-trust-signed-models
  • changelog v0.14.0 blurb, blog index featured desc, llms.txt exact-ref lines
  • Honest leftovers: Kotlin/.NET still no exact-ref; Swift distribution remains GitHub Release + SPM binary target (not CocoaPods / Package Index first-class)

Out of scope

  • Eng Tasks / Callweave
  • Broader Swift “first-class package” rewrite on platforms/FAQ
  • SEO skill-author cluster (already live)
  • discover-generate embedder pin migration

Test plan

  • Required CI green (cla, baseline, node --test, playwright e2e)
  • Squash-merge; verify live 200 on updated pages

Evidence: traverse#1579 closed; Package.swift pins swift-host-v0.14.0-1;
docs/exact-ref-model-execution.md platform table lists Swift execute.
Update v0.14 embedder blog, exact-ref / signed-model Q&As, changelog,
llms.txt. Kotlin/.NET still do not execute exact-ref.
