…c 3.4.0+cvc.3 The published cvcgl 3.4.0+cvc.2 was built against libcvc +cvc.2 and leaks an exact pin to it. That drags the pre-guard libcvc +cvc.2 (unguarded gRPC deps) into wasm-mt consumer installs, so 'cvcpkg install cvc/libcvc cvc/cvcgl --platform wasm-mt' fails to resolve abseil. Rebuilding cvcgl against +cvc.3 re-points the pin to the guarded libcvc. cvcGL source unchanged.

Follow-up to #438. The wasm-mt
cvc/cvcgl 3.4.0+cvc.2leaks an exact pin to libcvc+cvc.2(built-against version), which drags the pre-guard libcvc intocvcpkg install cvc/libcvc cvc/cvcgl --platform wasm-mt→ unguardedabseil→ resolve fails (the cvcdbg demo3 deploy blocker). Bumping cvcglcvc_revision2→3 republishes it built against libcvc+cvc.3(grpc-guarded), re-pointing the pin. cvcGL source unchanged; recipe-only.
