docs: release notes for v1.5.0 and v1.4.1 (TRA-1142) - #220

v1.5.0 covers the whole release rather than any single change, which is why it was excluded from the two per-change docs PRs (#216, #217) and kept as its own entry. v1.4.1 gets its own short entry rather than being absorbed into v1.5.0. This page follows the platform version the app reports, so skipping a version the app can report reads as an omission rather than as a quiet release. Pre-existing on main, not introduced here. #216 widened the Notes column content without repadding the table, and the docs CI runs only Cloudflare Pages and sync-preview, so nothing caught it. `pnpm lint` was red on main as a result, which blocks the gate for any docs PR. Prettier's own output, whitespace and separator-dash length only; no cell content changes.
