Make hash::Algorithm the single point of access for digest operations
in signer and verify, replacing direct use of openssl::hash::MessageDigest.

Add SHA512 to the hash::Algorithm enum, enabling TLS 1.3 cipher suites
that use SHA-512 (e.g. TLS13_AES_256_GCM_SHA512).

The signer and verify digest mappings now return Option<Algorithm>
instead of Option<MessageDigest>, and convert to MessageDigest at the
openssl API boundary via .message_digest().
