Extra security by default

If you use the default enable-cache: auto this will now DISABLE THE CACHE to protect against cache poisoning for the following events:

• pull_request_target
• workflow_run
• release

Superseded by c2017275ee99 (astral-sh/setup-uv) on main, which bumps astral-sh/setup-uv to v10.0.1 with the release notes and migration impact recorded in the commit message.

Closing rather than merging so the researched commit message is what stays in the history.
