This was working but now is not

I'm running TB 78.8.1 with TBDial out 2.0.1. I had to reinstall the OS, Manjaro. Now with TBDial reinstalled it is not doing anything, not highlighting numbers nor dialing. Before I would install it and it would just work, now it doesn't. I've tried SIP, Callto and Tel: protocols. I'm using zoiper for my Softphone.

I'm now running 78.10.0 and it's not working again. It had worked within Manjaro KDE for a time but it is no longer working. I've tried the protocols above and Skype. Nothing happens. I'm using Zoiper primary for my softphone.
I'm using Cardbook, but it doesn't work with the Address book either.

If all you can tell me is that it doesn't work, there's nothing I can really do about it. Add some detail. What actually happens? Do the TB error logs tell you anything? Have you tried increasing the log level (see https://www.oak-wood.co.uk/oss/tbdialout)? Have you checked that a suitable protocol handler is configured in your OS?

TBDialOut does not work with Cardbook. It extends TB's AddressBook, CardBook is something different. See #10 (comment)

Oh, and leaving a bad review on ATN doesn't really inspire me to help you.

Nothing happens when I click on a number. It doesn't bringup zoiper or skype. You click and nothing happens. And I've tried this on both Cardbook which I know you said you don't support, but which had been working and on the addressbook. Neither one works at all. I've tried the zoiper://test in firefox and that does work with zoiper. I've tried the zoiper click to call add on for chrome based browsers and that works fine, but nothing happens when I click on your link.
I don't know how to access the TB error logs, but here is the troubleshooting information info:
