Changes:

• editor-save-and-submit.adoc — retitled to "Getting, setting, and saving editor content" and added sections on getting and setting content, the setContent() arguments (no_events, no_selection), adding an undo level, changing content with BeforeSetContent, and what to avoid.
• events.adoc, save-content.adoc, nav.adoc, initial-configuration.adoc — linked the BeforeSetContent/SetContent rows and the install pages' save section to the new sections, and updated the nav and index entries.

Note: The API reference entry for setContent() is generated from the JSDoc; that change is tracked in TINYMCE-15139.
