Previously, when an AI response changed content inside nested elements, such as content inside a `+div+`, a list, or a table, the **TinyMCE AI** plugin did not always apply the change correctly. For example, when Chat modified the whole document, the first element of the document could appear twice. After a user accepted the AI response, the document contained duplicated or misplaced content that the user had to correct manually.

In {productname} {release-version}, the **TinyMCE AI** plugin applies each change to nested content as an update to the top-level block that contains it. The plugin now applies AI changes to nested content as expected, without duplicating content.
