Update deprecated GitHub Actions versions in build workflow - #61

The test and lint jobs still pinned action versions that run on a deprecated Node action runtime. Bump them to the versions already in use by sibling jobs in this same workflow: - actions/setup-java: v2.5.1 (test) and v3.14.1 (lint) -> v4.9.1 - DeLaGuardo/setup-clojure: 3.7 (setup + test) -> 12.1 (as in lint) - actions/cache: v3.5.0 (test) -> v4.3.0 (as in setup) SHA pins preserved per the workflow's existing convention. The CI run on the prior commit flagged actions/setup-java@v4 as deprecated. Move both references (lint + test jobs) to v5.7.0 so the workflow stops emitting the deprecation warning. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
