WHY THIS MATTERS: This is a behavioral change, not just a bug fix. Previously Claude could decide on its own to run
/verifyand/code-reviewskills mid-task — which surprised users who didn't ask for them and burned tokens/time unexpectedly. Now those skills are user-initiated only. If you relied on Claude proactively quality-checking its own work, you'll need to add explicit/verifyor/code-reviewcalls to your workflow.HIGHLIGHTS:
