WHY THIS MATTERS: No version bump, no CHANGELOG entry — this is a documentation polish pass. The most user-facing change is a VS Code minimum version correction from 1.98.0 down to 1.94.0, which means users on several previously-blocked VS Code versions can now use the extension (or discover they always could). The rest is link-ification of plain-text navigation paths, improved MCP GitHub PAT guidance, better HTTP error code explanations in install troubleshooting, and a security note for gateway operators. Support article changes are all CDN image URL token refreshes — pure noise.
