Fix - Add to Cart button is taller than the quantity input on single product page

Free counterpart of themegrill/radiate-pro#102 (issue themegrill/radiate-pro#82).

The quantity field kept the browser's default box (25.2px, content-box) while WooCommerce pads the button to 35.8px. On simple and variable product pages it now uses border-box and height: 2.236em, the same 0.618em-padding-plus-1em formula WooCommerce gives the button, so both are the same height. Grouped products (quantity fields not beside the button) and the cart page are untouched.

1. Open a simple product: the quantity field and Add to Cart button are the same height and aligned.
2. Open a variable product, pick an option: still aligned. Check at 375px too.
3. Grouped product and the cart page: unchanged.

No spec: the CI site has no WooCommerce, whose stylesheet sets the button height. CSS only, so PHPCS not applicable.

This PR changes product source but adds no spec, so the suite was
refused before booting WordPress — running it just to report the same
thing at the end costs runner minutes for nothing. Run
/claudegrill:verify-fix locally and let write-spec add the guard
to this branch, then push again.
