Fix zero comment count showing singular 0 Comment

Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Same pattern reported for Radiate Pro: a post with zero comments showed "0 Comment" (wrong singular) instead of "0 Comments" in the Related Posts widget's comment-count display.

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

1. Customizer > Related Posts > enable it.
2. Visit a single post that has a related post with zero comments -- it should read "0 Comments", not "0 Comment". A related post with exactly one comment should still read "1 Comment" (singular, unaffected).
