Initial implementation of DrinkExplorer console app Added solution, project, and core files for DrinkExplorer. Set up database schema, configuration, and main logic for browsing, searching, and managing drinks and favorites. Implemented Spectre.Console-based UI, models, repository, and services. Included comprehensive README and SQL setup script.
