Release notes for v2.4.0-undead: the browser-style command output window (#87), Tim's Bundle Editor work (#80) and the Ruby 4 build fix (#85), plus a pointer to the Markdown (GitHub) relative-link fix that auto-update already delivers.
Merging this touches
CHANGELOG.mdon main, which startsrelease.yml. Thereleasejob waits on the environment reviewer before it signs and publishes.Minor bump rather than patch because two of the three are features.
