Adds the default VoiceOver settings for text, mirroring this bundle's existing spell-checking settings for the same scopes:
accessibilityLanguage = autofortext(VoiceOver switches voice per language, e.g. Chinese and English in one sentence);noneformarkup.underline.link, markup.rawaccessibilityLinkformarkup.underline.link— needed to keep plain URLs exposed as links, since the editor no longer hard-codes that scopeaccessibilityTextStyleformarkup.bold,markup.italic, bold italic,markup.underline - markup.underline.link,markup.strikethrough8 preference items, no other changes.
Companion to textmatelives/textmate#88, which makes the editor read these settings. They are inert without it, so this can be merged in either order.
