One preference item: accessibilityLanguage = auto for source comment - punctuation, source string.quoted - punctuation, following this bundle's "Spell Checking: Enable for Strings".

Code itself is deliberately left without a language (unset means none), so VoiceOver reads identifiers in its default voice instead of guessing a language for def or printf, while a comment written in Chinese is read in a Chinese voice.

Companion to textmatelives/textmate#88, which makes the editor read these settings. They are inert without it, so this can be merged in either order.
