Async commands printed one status line per poll, which filled the terminal during a slow operation such as a namespace move. On a terminal, progress now rewrites a single line with an animated ellipsis, and the final status stays on its own line. When output is not a terminal, such as when piped, redirected, or run in CI, it is unchanged: one line per poll, so logs and scripts that read it see no difference. JSON output still carries no progress lines. Applies to every async command. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

mainfor both the current and legacy poll loops and is byte-identical.Applies to every async command.
