Make deployment registry URL configurable
Projects and servers now lay out two cards per row below `sm` instead of one, with shorter cards, tighter padding and a smaller step of font size. Desktop is unchanged: both grids stay 2-up at `md` and 3-up at `lg`. The narrow two-up cards can't fit every row, so on mobile the server card drops the resource specs line and the platform stat, and the project card drops the "online" suffix — the numbers and labels carry it.
