The automatic cast feature was failing because the Neynar SDK returns an array of users for an ETH address, but the code was expecting a single object. I fixed the indexing in both
app/api/neynar/route.tsandapp/api/post-join-cast/route.ts.Additionally, I standardized the referral links to use the Farcaster Universal Link format (
https://farcaster.xyz/miniapps/...) and implemented a robust fallback mechanism in the frontend. If the server-side cast fails (e.g., due to missing environment variables), the manual 'Share on Farcaster' button will now correctly appear, ensuring users can still share their actions.I verified the changes by running a full build, executing the smart contract test suite, and performing visual verification with Playwright.
