better make another auditor than modifying the working one (npmBulkAuditor) and make the switch in the top level (index).
we could eventually choose type with a type: 'pnpm' | 'npm-bulk' in the action.yaml too, so that existing consumers which use pnpm below version could still work (even tho that's practically not an existing case)
