Closes the remaining Python resident HTTP exact-query contract gap after #6.

emit ownerPath and explicit resolved state
attach normalized native Python AST facts
derive resolved-response assertions from the distributed central schema

Validation:

353 pytest tests passed
resident HTTP live corpus: service P99 231µs, loopback P99 368µs
Ruff and full asp-python policy gate passed
