Publish the caption listener fix from merged #29 using the already-built production image. Only the web image tag changes. The media server and gateway settings are unchanged.

b8e1fadaaa96a9c0088d74472bdd46e66c00bd05has native CodeRabbit approval and passed its retained checks. Native production workflow 41511362660 published both Linux architectures to ECR. The verified index digest issha256:faa277f2712d861c7af2c2c648fdf327be039aea0f8ffff43f6863838cedabed.The current player can retain its first caption through later cues and the end of playback. The fix restores the current track's cue-change listener whenever the effect installs and synchronizes the active cue immediately. Stored captions and transcription providers are unchanged.
YAML parsing, exact image/media pin assertions, diff checks and commit signature verification passed. Argo rollout and actual browser playback, seek, replay and caption toggling will be verified after this pin lands. This deployment metadata PR may use the user's existing admin-merge authorization if included review capacity is unavailable; no native approval is claimed until observed.
