Adds a "Suspend with the dGPU disabled" subsection to the hybrid graphics guide.

On a MacBookPro15,1, suspend crashes while the dGPU is switched off with the guide's amdgpu-off service: the kernel still runs amdgpu's suspend callbacks on the powered-off card (amdgpu_pmops_suspend_noirq [amdgpu] returns -22, PM: noirq suspend of devices failed), the Thunderbolt xHCI controllers die, the Mac hangs and the T2 resets it with the fans at full speed. Powering the dGPU back on before suspend does not work (Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0).

The new section keeps the dGPU off but also removes it from the PCI bus, so suspend never touches it. The HDMI audio function has to be removed before switching off; removing it afterwards hangs in snd_card_free and the display manager never starts, hence also TimeoutStartSec=30 on the service.

Tested on MacBookPro15,1 (Radeon Pro 560X), Arch, linux-t2 7.2.9: clean deep suspend/resume, about 12 W idle on battery, versus about 20 W with the dGPU on or with amdgpu blacklisted. Details and logs: t2linux/T2-Debian-and-Ubuntu-Kernel#53 (comment)

No existing text is changed; the section only adds steps. Passes the repo's markdownlint config.
