bug: hide details is crowded by the fee hint on payment request confirm #1060

What happened?

On Bitkit iOS 3.0.1 (202), the expanded USDT confirm keeps the fee hint ("All fees are paid in USDT. Final fee may be lower.") outside the scrolling details, pinned right above Swipe To Pay. A plain USDT send has room for it, because its confirm has no Contact row. A Paykit payment request adds Contact, Address and Invoice Note, and with that longest set of details the content runs into the fee hint, so Hide Details gets crowded the same way as on Android.

Expected behavior

• The Hide Details pill and the fee hint keep their spacing with any set of details.
• The confirm fits the longest detail set (contact, address and invoice note): the details scroll and Swipe To Pay stays pinned.
