Keep long request notes from stacking the default-size header #1030
A long request note can cause the payment-request card to use its vertical header at the default text size, even when the contact name and amount would fit side by side. The amount remains visible and the card remains usable.
Reproduce with a pending request whose note is “Dinner at the Italian place downtown last Friday” on a 375-point-wide device at the default text size. The subtitle contributes its full ideal width to ViewThatFits, triggering the vertical fallback.
Keep note truncation from forcing that fallback, while retaining the stacked layout for long titles and larger accessibility text. Check short/long notes, narrow screens and enlarged text.
Deferred from #1002 review as a low-priority layout refinement under the repository’s review-scope rule. Android #1564 already constrains the note’s intrinsic width.
