Root Cause of the Issue

On Windows, the BottomSheet drag operation used different coordinate references for drag movement and scroll direction calculations. This inconsistency caused inaccurate drag offset calculations, resulting in jittery resizing behavior and visible lag between the pointer position and the BottomSheet header while dragging the grip.

Description of Change

Modified the BottomSheet drag handling logic to use a consistent stationary-container coordinate system for drag movement and scroll direction calculations, while retaining local coordinates for grip hit-testing. This ensures accurate drag offset computation and smooth synchronization between pointer movement and BottomSheet resizing, eliminating the jittery behavior observed on Windows.

Issues Fixed

Resolved the BottomSheet drag jitter issue on Windows when dragging the grip slowly using mouse or touch input.
Fixed the header lag and uneven movement during BottomSheet resize operations.
Improved drag responsiveness and overall user interaction experience on Windows.
