Enables two more checks from swiftlang/github-workflows@0.0.15:

  • API breakage check (api_breakage_check_enabled: true): compares the public API against the PR's base branch.
  • macOS via swiftly (enable_macos_swiftly_checks: true): runs the tests against a swiftly-managed main-snapshot toolchain (Xcode swift_6.3, tahoe ARM64, the shared workflow's default). It runs the same debug, release, and --disable-default-traits passes as the existing macOS job.
