The architecture document describes the unified workflows but says nothing about moving a repository onto them, and the README documents only `swift_package_test.yml`, so a maintainer had no route from either to the inputs that were renamed, the checks that are now on by default, or the NIO workflows each call replaces. `migration.md` covers a move from `swift_package_test.yml` and from the `apple/swift-nio` workflows, with the input mapping, worked examples, and the customization paths. The architecture document and the README link to it, and it links back to the architecture document for the version labels, the matrix definition and the layers.
