Make
/readycheck the actual global SQLite connection withSELECT 1: return 503 before initialization or after a failed/closed connection, while preserving independent/healthliveness. Previously readiness returned success without a DB query.The exact five-commit reviewed stack also adds isolated startup contracts, real Express/native SQLite synthetic integration, and a bounded Ubuntu/Windows Node22 qualification workflow. Existing DB/schema/routes/dependencies and broad CI remain unchanged.

Only synthetic DBs and ephemeral IPv4-loopback are used by the bounded readiness tests. No service deployment, real data, MCP/provider execution, public release, secrets or credential persistence. Known-root diagnostic filtering is not an arbitrary secret scrubber. Query-backed readiness does not certify schema/import completeness/writeability, and a stalled query still has no production deadline. Existing startup-error/shutdown semantics are deliberately unchanged. Broad existing CI remains a separate required observed result.
