Dependency update.
What is the current behavior?
The project uses tree-sitter 0.25.
What is the new behavior?
Upgrades tree-sitter to 0.27 and adapts query capture access and keyword string ownership to the updated API.
Additional context
Raises the minimum Rust version and toolchain to
1.90.0, as required by tree-sitter 0.27.
