feat: pre-generate og image - #1021

OG images are broken at the moment due to satori dependency changes. Already before it was quite hard to make everything work well in the Cloudflare workers runtime. Update the OG images setup to generate all images during build step and then serve them as static assets instead of generating them on the fly.
