The catalog loader moved into its own crate, sqd-metadata, and a catalog now has to open with `version: v2`. The engine still re-exports it under `sqd_query_engine::metadata`, so no production code changes. The inline test catalogs gain the version line. The test for a bundle in which nothing parses asserted the error named `field_name`; unknown keys are now skipped rather than refused, so that stale-layout fixture fails on the missing `columns` instead.
