fix(pre-commit): linting module v0.137.4 -- mdl builds again - #218

dagger/linting before v0.137.4 cannot install mdl (racc native extension without ruby-dev on alpine), so every call-pre-commit run failed before a hook ran (stuttgart-things/dagger#422). call-pre-commit.yamldefaults to dagger/linting v0.137.2, which can no longer installmdl(racc needs a native build, the alpine image had noruby-dev). Every caller's pre-commit job fails before a hook runs — e.g. all stuttgart-things/harvester PRs since 2026-10-15.Fixed in stuttgart-things/dagger#422, released as v0.137.4; tested locally against a harvester clone (all hooks Passed/Skipped). Only this template is bumped; Renovate moves the others together as usual.
